Two Become One – Making Fan Ownership real at Monmouth Town FC

The partnership between MONMOUTH TOWN FC and the five pound football club has been a very welcome and exciting development both for the club and the online FPFC community. However, it has proven unwieldy and difficult to administer given the departure of key FPFC members and the volunteer base of MTFC. For that reason we are proposing that MTFC and FPFC will become one. As soon as FPFC members chose to invest in Monmouth Town FC, they effectively became members of the club and this move will cement that relationship
 
This will not affect you personally in any way, as all FPFC members will remain members/shareholders of Monmouth Town FC, with all the benefits (discounted match entry, use of the forum, being kept up to date with events at the club etc.) you currently have.
 
As long as you continue to renew your membership, you will have voting rights on many important issues. Monmouth Town is also committed to extending the idea of member ownership and control and we would like to hear your views about how we can turn this promise into a reality.
 
The recent success of Monmouth Town FC is in no little part due to you, the members of FPFC. I hope you will renew your membership in Monmouth Town FC next season and continue to support the club in its endeavours in the Welsh League. We really need you!
